Tactile sensing and robot control,Haptics Interface

We are studying on intelligent robot systems based on high-speed sensing technology of tactile, slip and proximity sensors. Furthermore, our research interest also includes advanced human interfaces and other creative works.

Prof.shimojo was retired this end of March(2016.3.31). We do not accept a student now. He is Project Researcher in University Tokyo now.
